Wu Xiaoyan�s disease is called fibrous dysplasia (it causes growths in bones). That is why the girl�s face is twisted out of shape. Wu�s parents cannot afford an expensive surgery while their daughter can�t breathe or smell with her nose. Xiaoyan�s doctor says Wu is really brave and doesn�t complain. At the same time the girl must be in a lot of pain.
